I specialize in meeting you right where you are and creating a unique exercise plan to create maximum results with minimal time consumption. My goal is to be able to "fit in" fitness in your life!


Blood Flow Restriction

This technology is what I use to achieve better results with a fraction of time and resistance. When using the B3 bands, you can turn a 30 minute cardio workout into a 15 minute cardio workout and achieve better results, but don't take my word for it, check out some testimonials!
